At the meeting, the representative of Enterprize Energy Group said that the Thang Long Wind project is the project with the highest localization rate in Vietnam. According to calculations, industries and services in Vietnam have the potential to provide at least 50% of the total investment value of a project including survey work, design consulting, procurement, and manufacturing bases, wind towers, onshore transformer stations, warehouses, storage yards, logistics bases are equivalent to the value of $6 - 8.3 billion in total investment capital.

Maintenance and maintenance services last at least 25 years after the project is put into operation. The Thang Long offshore wind power project is also the only project to receive a survey permit from the Prime Minister in January 2019.

After 12 months of continuous wind measurement, the wind measurement is about 10m / s and can operate 10 - 17 MW turbines. Phase I is expected to be completed in 2025 - 2026 and the final stage is expected to be 2029 - 2030.
