Offshore wind developer Enterprize Energy has announced the signature of a Memorandum of Understanding with offshore wind engineering company Tractebel Overdick in order to deliver Enterprize Energy’s ‘Energy Plus’ vision for future offshore wind projects.
Enterprize Energy and Tractebel Overdick have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to work together on delivering Enterprize Energy’s Energy Plus concept, which encompasses offshore wind, hydrogen and ammonia production technologies in a single platform.
Developer will work with Tractebel Overdick to deliver its ‘Energy Plus’ vision for future offshore wind projects.

The Ministry of Finance has just issued Circular No. 12/2020 /TT-BTC, stipulating that wind and solar power projects must be appraised before obtaining operation licenses as similar to hydropower and thermal power projects before.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has just issued the Unified Document No. 07/VBHN-BCT for regulating wind power development and Standardized Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for wind power projects.
The Binh Thuan Wind Power Association has proposed the Prime Minister (PM) and Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) to extend the mechanism on supporting wind power development in Decision No 39/2018/QĐ-TTg for 14 months.
